Project Description
- 5 Years of experience in Kitchen and Laundry Equipment, and 14 Years MEP site engineer.
- Excellent PC skills, MS Projects, AutoCAD, Internet, and adobe Photoshop.
- Food service equipment design and consultancy for 10K projects in Jordan.
- Prepare the project work program fully loaded with resources and cost, as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with equipment suppliers to provide all technical support throughout the project.
- Follow up with shop-drawings and materials’ submittals as specified and to get it approved by the consultant and the authorities.
- prepare the actual material quantities to be ordered and report to the procurement department with the delivery schedule
- To follow up with suppliers and get the materials delivered to my site as scheduled.
- Achieve a work plan in accordance to the project baseline plan, and to manage the work accordingly.
- To manage foremen and laborers in the site to achieve the highest productivity.
- To supervise the implementation of work in site and get it 100% accurately done on time.
- To report and discuss with the project manager about the daily performance and site requirements.
